Job summary

Key duties include daily operations, labor and food cost control, guest relations, recruitment and mentoring, and maintaining a positive work culture where team members enjoy coming to work and guests receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Must have prior restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop team members for success and retention.
• Control labor costs and manage food costs while maintaining quality.
• Build relationships with guests and ensure exceptional hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
