JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant operations on shift, coach staff, and uphold high hospitality standards. You will drive speed of service, manage labor and food costs, and recruit and retain team members in a fun, people-first environment.

Ideal candidates have restaurant/hospitality experience and a strong, proactive work ethic, with availability for varied hours including weekends. Join a growing company that values development and internal promotion.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to build and mentor a team for success.
• Willing to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling or guest relations preferred.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
