Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily restaurant operations.

• Help control labor and food costs while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Recruit, coach and retain staff, recognizing good performance.
• Build positive relationships with guests and ensure safety and cleanliness.
