Job Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members.
• May assist with operational support functions (e.g., purchasing, receiving, inventory, etc.).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.

Job Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
