Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking an experienced shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You will oversee service flow, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and coach hourly Team Members to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
