Job Description:
  • Lead the team, ensuring accurate food preparation and timely delivery to customers.
  • Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and food issues politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accept and verify deliveries; issue refunds if necessary.
  • Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery completeness, and stock levels.
  • Check petty cash daily and manage banking needs.
  • Restock the register nightly to ensure correct change.
  • Provide feedback to managers/owners about employee performance and customer service.
  • Manage employee break schedules and attendance.
  • Attend management meetings and contribute ideas for improvements.
  • Assist with hiring, evaluations, and training of staff.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Memorize and explain health benefits of ingredients and menu items to customers enthusiastically.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including providing accurate wait times and polite interactions.
  • Assist with order taking, ringing up guests, and answering phone calls.
  • Have thorough knowledge of food recipes and preparation procedures, ensuring timely and sanitary food production.
  • Prepare food according to proper procedures and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and lobby through regular cleaning.
  • Organize and put away deliveries efficiently.
  • Wash dishes and ensure proper storage.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Carry food to customers when needed.
  • Communicate schedule needs and days off to managers promptly.
  • Arrive on time, take appropriate breaks, and complete opening and closing duties.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
  • Follow sanitation and safety guidelines diligently.
  • Stock and rotate food items properly.
  • Implement cost-cutting measures where applicable.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Monitor food quality consistently.
  • Handle special circumstances professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
Requirements:
  • Obtain food safety certification.
  • Be proficient with basic computer operations and POS systems, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects occasionally, move quickly, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
