Job summary

Cousins Subs in Green Bay, WI is seeking a shift leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. You'll supervise the team during your shift, jump in where needed—prep, cashier, sandwich line, cleaning—and coach new hires to uphold high standards of service and food safety.

We value dependable, organized, team-focused individuals with at least 1 year of leadership experience and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.
