Cousins Subs in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a shift leader who can keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus.

You’ll lead the team during your shift, jump in where needed—prep, cashier, sandwich line, cleaning—coach team members and train new hires, and ensure food safety and order accuracy.

We offer competitive pay: $14–$18/hr, tips, free food each shift, Next Day Pay, and a clear path to higher-level leadership roles.
