Job summary

Cousins Subs in Kenosha, WI is seeking a hands-on store leader with strong work ethic to manage daily operations and support the team. This full-time role requires open availability and a commitment to excellence.

You’ll be on the floor most of the time, oversee scheduling, inventory, and training, and step in for the GM when needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

What You’ll Do

• Be on the floor 80–90% of the time—making subs, running the line, supporting the team
• Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)
• Help manage schedules, inventory, hiring, and training
• Step in for the GM when needed
• Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Follow food safety and health code standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Open availability (weekends, early mornings, late evenings)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Dependability and a team-first attitude
• Must pass a background check
