Job Details Job Location: Cabot - Cabot, AR Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Job Functions:

1. Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
2. Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand
3. Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan-first service through timely and quality service
4. Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
5. Pace the crew to high levels of performance by understanding the importance of speed of service and resolve bottlenecks in workflow
6. Assist the GM and Assistant Manager(s) with training and coaching crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team
7. Ensure that the restaurant is properly organized and staffed
8. Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
9. Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards
10. Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and team members
11. Model performance standards for all team members and workstations
12. At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

1. Minimum 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience required
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Must be capable of supervising specific areas of the business in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
5. Must be ServSafe certifiable
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented
7. Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
8. Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
9. Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness
10. Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
