Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members to accelerate new hire development and enhance skill levels.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours with dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams with strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• ServSafe Food Certification (or ability to obtain it during training).

Work Location & Schedule

This role is based in the home restaurant, where you lead the team and support daily operations. You may also assist at neighboring locations, attend business meetings, training opportunities, and leadership sessions to grow and stay connected to the broader organization.
