Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader at our Hardee's location in Coats, NC. This role trains and supervises crew, supports the General Manager in running daily operations, and ensures quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.

You’ll lead shifts, develop staff, manage labor costs, and uphold safety and policies while delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts and discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating and cleaning procedures.
• Handle cash when in charge of a shift and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
