Job summary

Moe's Southwest Grill | Enterprise is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced food service team. You will help deliver excellent customer service, take orders, operate the REVEL POS, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory and food preparation in line with our safety standards. We welcome motivated beginners and offer flexible schedules with both full- and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry is preferred but training is available.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Serve Safe certification is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Basic food handling knowledge is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the REVEL POS system.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash responsibly.
• Prepare food items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
