Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of success.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Oversee back-of-house operations for quality assurance.
• Coach and develop FOH staff for consistent service.
