Job summary

Guernsey Sonic in United States, Ohio, Jackson is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

You will lead station duties, assist with training, ensure sanitation, and supervise daily operations. This role requires regular attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing areas, cleaning equipment, and disposing of used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week; irregular hours; nights; weekends; and holidays
