Job summary

Guernsey Sonic in Ohio is hiring for a supervisory role within our restaurant team. You will perform, lead, and supervise station duties, assist with new employee orientation, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain sanitation standards while delivering quality service to guests.

This role requires regular attendance, shift leadership, reporting issues to MOD, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to follow directions and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties as assigned to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties; trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing areas.
• Lead shift meetings and report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
