Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under management
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift and discuss operations
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards
• Maintain reports and records per company standards
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed
