Job summary

Culver's is seeking a motivated Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during designated shifts. You will supervise team members, create schedules, delegate tasks, handle cash, and report issues to the general manager.

The role requires leading a team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, maintaining high service standards and compliance with health and safety guidelines while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver and team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and ongoing training and development.
• Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling guest complaints and team member disputes.
