Job summary

Culver's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise team members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

You will delegate tasks, manage cash, open and close the restaurant, monitor performance, coach staff, prepare deposits, handle guest complaints, and report issues to the general manager to maintain smooth, efficient workflows. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and on-going training and developing.
• Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling guest complaints and team member disputes.
