Job summary

Culver's in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise team members to ensure outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, task delegation, cash handling, and reporting issues to leadership, while enforcing policies and safe, efficient workflows. Prior experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager is preferred.

The Managers responsibilities include creating a schedule, delegating tasks, handling cash and reporting any issues to the general manager.

To be successful as an Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, an Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:
