Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties and conduct shift meetings as needed.
• Manage labor costs and inventory in line with company standards.
