The ideal candidate will have prior fast food experience, strong leadership, and reliability, with the ability to train others and resolve issues promptly while adhering to POS and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills, including leading by example and remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise staff, interact with guests, and manage cash handling.
• Collaborate with Management Team to execute business plan and provide training.
• Enforce policies, maintain cleanliness and safety, and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and execute shift operations efficiently and manage labor tracking.
