Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help guide staff, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves leading team efforts, managing processes, and executing strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes opportunity for growth within a dynamic team, with shifts that require flexibility and focus on safety, accuracy, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading restaurant staff to deliver customer service and manage operations.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Coaching team to prepare and package orders promptly to meet customer service expectations.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.
