Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help guide staff, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive timely, high-quality customer orders.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that boost sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly to meet service standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness of dining and prep areas, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Support overall restaurant operations to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
