Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our busy kitchen and dining area. You will lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and execute strategies to boost sales and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and efficient service. You’ll collaborate with management, support scheduling, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, with adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders efficiently.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas; ensure equipment is properly maintained.
