Job summary

Carl's Jr Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty leader with management activities and to work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan.

You will supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders, maintain service quality, support sales and cost control, and uphold company policies and shared values during each shift.

Qualifications

• Requires approximately two to three years of combined experience/education demonstrating restaurant management knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
