Wiles' Restaurants, Inc. operates Carl's Jr. restaurants and seeks a Shift Leader to manage daily restaurant operations. You will help direct and train Crew Persons while supporting goals from the GM and AGM. This role provides a strong starting point for developing leadership in the Carl's Jr. system.

The Shift Leader is accountable for customer service, profitability and quality assurance, overseeing all restaurant staff to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader roles involve managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ability to direct and train Crew Persons.
• Support goals set by General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM).
