Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our busy kitchen and dining room. You will lead staff to deliver fast, friendly service, manage orders, inventory, and food prep, and support the General Manager with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution, follow effective safety practices, scheduling and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations
• Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
