• Assist the General Manager with tasks, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach team members in preparing and packaging orders and delivering great service.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure proper functioning.
