You will assist in leading staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Work with team to coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging orders promptly.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas; maintain equipment.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
