Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Kinston, AL. The role leads shifts, trains crew, and ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability through strong people leadership.

You will supervise daily operations, manage labor and inventory, and maintain compliance with safety and cash-handling policies while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Consistent and reliable

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
