Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the Hardee's in the absence of the GM. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness to support profitability and standards.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits through BNE. 18+ years, background/drug checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and lead shift meetings as required.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and ensure safety and security policies.
