Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink per standards.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, back of house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and compliance with laws.
• Provide on-going coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
