Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink per standards.
• Operate cash register and handle payments and change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, back of house, restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to management and HR.
• Conduct food safety and prep audits daily.
