Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
