Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Store 24230 Socastee - Myrtle Beach, SC. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, meeting brand standards, and guiding the team to deliver great service.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and strong communication skills. A reliable transporter with a positive attitude will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check and drug test.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision skills.
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• The Assistant General Manager runs great work shifts and ensures adherence to YUM Brand standards.
• Oversees completion of duties by Team Members and Shift Managers; manages inventory and financial accountability.
• Delivers safe, quality food in a friendly manner and maintains a safe place to work and visit.
