Coastal Plains Restaurants LLC A North Carolina LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Myrtle Beach to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead shifts that uphold YUM Brand standards. You will oversee team duties, inventory, and financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food with a customer-focused touch.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to pass background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties effectively.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for all employees and customers.
• Own problem-solving responsibilities with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Support and guide others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
