Job summary

The role supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, achieving YUM Brand standards, and guiding Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.

Compensation ranges from $32,000 to $50,000 per year, with benefits including paid sick leave, 401K after 1 year with 1000+ hours, meal perks, and medical/dental coverage after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation; background and drug checks required.
