Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to help create a respectful, positive environment and to lead a team preparing and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a clean and safe restaurant.

You will communicate expectations, supervise staff, ensure brand standards, manage shift staffing, and support development while controlling costs and promoting sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Math and financial management.
• 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety trained (certified preferred).

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations and shift responsibilities to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for performance accurately and respectfully.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture and ensure brand standards are executed.
• Ensure shift is staffed and meets guest service goals and has adequate products.
