Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Pensacola, FL seeks Shift Leaders to guide a restaurant team toward delivering exceptional guest experiences in a clean, safe environment. You will communicate expectations, coach staff, and help ensure brand standards and service goals are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining staffing, product readiness, safety compliance, and supporting profitability through cost control and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong math and financial management abilities.
• At least 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Safety training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations and shift responsibilities to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for performance accurately and respectfully.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed as directed.
• Ensure shift is staffed and meets guest service goals.
• Ensure shift has adequate product for use and prepared as directed.
• Develop action plans to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
• Drive system improvements and profitability.
• Control costs while supporting service and sales goals.
• Manage in-restaurant cash handling and banking procedures to standard.
• Assist in executing promotions with team training and sampling.
