Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations across our locations. The role prioritizes excellent customer service, supports managers, and ensures the facility stays clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

Starting pay ranges from $14.95 to $22.22 per hour, with benefits including a fuel discount, nationwide medical plan, 401(k), FSAs, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
