Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and staff. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, maintain efficient operations, and assist managers in daily tasks to ensure smooth, clean facilities and a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with calculator, computer and related equipment.
• Ability to work in a team with varied roles and levels.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
