Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory tracking, and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through service and food quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control.
• Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage.
