Job summary

Pilot Company in the United States (Ohio) is hiring Shift Leaders to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, stays motivated, helps managers with tasks, and maintains clean, well-run facilities.

Pay starts at $14.95 to $22.22 per hour. Candidates should have restaurant operations experience, strong customer service, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
