Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and assist management to keep facilities well-maintained and efficient.

Experience in restaurant operations is preferred, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $14.20 to $21.10 per hour, with benefits such as fuel discounts and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
