Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen meeting food safety standards.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach and develop staff to prepare and package orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and proper operation of restaurant equipment.
