Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help manage staff, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations at our location. You will lead by example, coach team members, and execute strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety, and covering various shifts to support restaurant operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work various shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and follow proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food preparation areas.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
