Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our restaurant operations. You will lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage daily processes to boost sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly.
• Oversee dining room and food prep area cleanliness.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
