Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Basic math skills to handle tasks like counting change and costs.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory with daily/weekly inspections.
• Manage cash control and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track and record waste and conduct table visits.
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Fix bottlenecks and monitor speed of service.
• Ensure product quality and standards on shift.
• Coach and develop staff across stations.
• Oversee accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Review restaurant results to identify improvements and uphold brand standards.
