Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and ServSafe certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Solid math and basic costing skills for labor and food costs.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands in a dynamic QSR environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory through daily and weekly inspections.
• Manage cash control and deposits per policy.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Ensure product quality and uphold brand standards on shift.
